For the Three Sided Roll Pallet, our facility uses automated tube cutting to prepare structural components to the required dimensions, with a stated tolerance of 0.5 mm where specified. This dimensional control supports alignment during manual movement between production zones. After assembly, robotic welding is applied at the mesh joints, followed by an alignment check on the finished structure. These processes are intended to support repeated handling under the specified load and operating conditions.
