Demountable Post Pallets

Demountable post pallets save space by allowing the posts to be removed and stacked flat when the pallets are not in use. In high-volume storage facilities, the floor plan must shift with production cycles. During peak seasons, you need vertical density; during slow periods, you need your floor space back. The EDT1 model meets this need by using a four-post design that drops into base sockets without the need for bolts. Unlike permanent racking, these heavy duty post pallets can be moved or removed as soon as they are empty. This eliminates the problem of large, empty frames taking up active work areas.

Made from Q235 mild steel, the base handles a 1500kg load capacity without the steel losing its shape. These steel post pallets support four-high stacking, fully utilizing vertical space without the need to expand the warehouse footprint. When the cargo is moved out, one worker can pull the posts manually. You then stack the empty bases together in a tight column, up to 20 units high.
