This five-sided security roll container creates a fully locked box on wheels, keeping items safe while moving through busy warehouse floors.

The full security a frame roll container is welded from strong Q235 steel with a tight 50 × 50 mm wire mesh that stops workers or passers-by from reaching inside to grab small products. Two front doors close flush and securely with a drop-latch that accepts standard padlocks or numbered plastic security seals. When empty, simply unlatch the top lid, fold up the base, and nest multiple containers together into an "A" frame to save up to 75% of return truck space.

Full 5-Sided Lockable Container: Four dense mesh wire sides and a steel top lid keep goods safe. The front doors lock tightly with a padlock or one-time security seal, making any tampering immediately visible.

Tight Anti-Reach Wire Mesh: The 50 × 50 mm steel grid prevents hands from reaching through to pull out items, while still letting staff see inventory and scan barcodes without unlocking the container.

Folds and Nests: The base folds up, and the side mesh swings inward so empty containers nest neatly into each other, letting one worker push up many nested containers at once.

Smooth Rolling Under Full 500kg Loads: Fitted with two fixed and two 360-degree swivel castors. Operators can easily push heavy loads across warehouse floors, dock levelers, and truck tail-lifts without straining.

The factory uses automated material cutting to prepare structure components according to the required engineering dimensions. The stated tolerance of 0.5 mm should be confirmed for the relevant parts and production documents. This dimensional control supports the alignment of the folding structure and top lid for closure and operation. Robotic welding cells are used at applicable load-bearing joints, followed by mechanical grinding to smooth weld areas and exposed edges.

Every batch of products undergoes random sampling and testing before shipment. We subject samples to road-simulation tests involving a 500 kg rolling load and measure wire diameter, mesh size, cage dimensions, and surface coating thickness to ensure the bright galvanized finish provides excellent rust resistance in humid climates.
